About Us

Chicago Methodist Senior Services is a non-profit organization providing an array of programs and services to help older adults thrive.

In Evanston and the northern suburbs, we provide experienced non-medical home care through SASI Home Care and we offer our Senior Connections program.

SASI caregivers offer non-medical home care assistance to help older adults manage everyday activities, while creating a comfortable daily routine for the people we serve and respite for family and friends. A full range of fee-based services are available to support temporary or ongoing needs, to ease the challenges of aging, illness, injury or post-surgery.

Senior Connections is a no-cost program that matches trained volunteers with older adults to create mutually beneficial friendships that reduce loneliness and isolation.

In the heart of Chicago’s Andersonville neighborhood, Chicago Methodist Senior Services offers assisted living memory care; low-income senior housing, and social and support programming for older adults. We also operate a Senior Center and LGBT+ program in Bellwood, IL.
