Belgian Chocolatier Piron makes fine chocolates by hand in the European tradition. Using only dairy-fresh butter and cream, and a variety of the finest ingredients and flavors from all over Europe, our exquisite chocolates are widely considered the finest in Chicago and the North Shore. Our signature chocolates include truffles, ganaches, creme caramel, buttercreams, praline, and our own hand-dipped marzipan. For a simpler taste, we have orangette - orange peel enrobed in dark chocolate, chocolate dipped dried apricots and pineapple, candied ginger enrobed in dark chocolate, nut barks of all kinds, and English Toffee. We cater to those on a gluten-free diet, and all of our solid dark chocolate, dark chocolate barks and dipped fruit are dairy free. If you are in need of sugar free, we make solid daisy-shaped pieces and nut barks with Callebaut's sugar free grade of Belgian chocolate.
