Muscles & Moxie Core Mobility Class -- Tuesday Morning Pop Up
Give those stiff joints and sore muscles some TLC and start building strength and flexibility from the inside out (literally).
In this 45-minute class, certified strength and mobility coach Sarah Laspas will guide you through a floor routine focused on unlocking, strengthening, and reconnecting with the “core” of your body – spine, shoulders, and hips.
While many mobility classes consist exclusively of passive stretching or yoga-inspired flows, you can think of this style of mobility training as joint-centered strength training. Meaning we won’t just be working to improve your joints’ ranges of motion (a.k.a. flexibility), but we’ll also be bulletproofing those ranges with strength work, which is how you’ll start gaining control over them. And with better body control comes more effortless movement (and fewer injuries), both in and out of the gym.
