Please join the Evanston Chamber of Commerce on Friday 5/20 at PALMHOUSE for the annual Mayor's State of the City Luncheon with Mayor Daniel Biss. This will be the first State of the City address given by Mayor Biss since being sworn in as Mayor of Evanston in May of 2021.
Prior to becoming the 22nd Mayor of Evanston, Daniel Biss served in the Illinois House of Representatives from 2011 to 2013 then in the Illinois Senate from 2013 to 2019. Before his political career he was Assistant Professor of Mathematics at University of Chicago. An Evanston resident since 2006, he is a native of Bloomington, IN and holds a Bachelor's degree from Harvard University and a Ph.D. in mathematics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Check-in begins at 10:45 and lunch will be served at 11:30. Tickets for this event can be purchased individually or in full tables of 10.
Registration is at capacity, though you can still register to be added to our waitlist. Walk-ins will not be accommodated. The luncheon will be gluten free.
Member Tickets: $75 individual / $750 table of 10 ***
City Staff Ticket: $75 individual / $750 table of 10
Non-Member Tickets: $95 individual / $950 table of 10
