Empowering Small Businesses Workshop: From Plan to Profit: Mapping Out Your Business Future
The Evanston Chamber of Commerce, City of Evanston and Evanston Community Bank & Trust have partnered together to host a series of free workshops designed for Evanston’s small business owners and entrepreneurs. The series, titled “Empowering Small Businesses,” features five sessions focused on varied topics, and each workshop will feature presentations by different, local experts. Participants are welcome to come to all of the workshops in the series, or to pick and choose the sessions and topics that are most applicable for you!
All workshops take place at Evanston Community Bank & Trust, located at 901 Grove St., from 9:00-10:30am on every Wednesday in October. Coffee and light bites provided.
Workshop Two:
“Mastering Digital Marketing – Social Media & LinkedIn Best Practices” features two presenters who will help you navigate and make the most of the digital marketing landscape. Attendees of this workshop will learn about two important topics:
- Proactive Social Media & Digital Management, presented by Patricia J. Pickett, APR of Pickett&Associates, LLC
- LinkedIn 101 for Businesses – How to Grow Quickly & Exponentially, presented by Anna Kate Anderson

We’ll walk you through creating a roadmap for your business that not only outlines your goals but also includes practical steps for increasing profit and driving revenue growth. You’ll leave with a clear plan that sets your business on the path to long-term success.
