You Cannot Pour From an Empty Pitcher: Why Self-Care is So Important
Presented by: Amanda Tarver, Women's Massage Therapy
When we get overwhelmed, care of ourselves is one of the first things to go by the wayside, even though it is usually the thing that would be most helpful. In this talk, we look at what self-care means, why it is important, and how to create more space for yourself in your life.
Amanda Tarver has been the owner of Women's Massage Therapy for the past six and a half years. She strives to help people to achieve a better quality of life through self-care and education.
